Appointment Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged $35 or 50% of the scheduled service price (whichever is greater).
If you cancel within two hours of your appointment time, upon the arrival of your therapist, or fail to arrive to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
If we are able to fill your cancelled spot, there will be no charge.
Membership Price Changes
After initial enrollment, Elysian Mobile Massage will provide you with 30 days advance written notice of any price change in the monthly payment under your Membership Agreement.
Pause your Membership
You may pause your membership auto-pay for up to four months before resuming (will resume automatically) or cancelling. During this paused period, you may continue to use any pre-paid sessions on your account.
Membership Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your membership, you must provide 10 days advance written notice to Elysian Mobile Massage. You will not be refunded for unused massage sessions when canceling your membership. Any unused massages will be forfeited upon cancellation date (cancellation date may be in the future).
Requirements and Details of Service
Elysian Mobile Massage will, to the best of their knowledge, provide only qualified and professional massage therapists that meet state licensing requirements. At any time, you may ask to see the license of any particular massage therapist.
You understand that services provided by Elysian Mobile Massage are in no way a replacement or substitute for medical care, treatment, or diagnosis of any medical issues. It is your responsibility to inform Elysian Mobile Massage of any pre-existing conditions, injuries, sensitivities and limitations you have.
During each massage session, modest draping will be used at all times. Should you experience any type of pain, discomfort, or are uncomfortable with anything during your session, you agree to ask your therapist to adjust their pressure, draping, technique, environment etc., or request to end the service immediately should your therapist be unable to relieve your discomfort. Women’s breasts and the male/female genitalia will not be massage or exposed at any time for any reason.
Elysian Mobile Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a massage session for any reason.
Information & Payment
You agree to provide Elysian Mobile Massage with accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, phone number, address, and valid payment data. If any changes are made in your information or payment data, you agree to notify Elysian Mobile Massage promptly.
